Exclamation how do you increase ringer volume(8100)

just got my BBP and can't figure out how to put the ringer volume up.

Is there a way to change the phone from vibrate to sound using a key on the outside?

OK, that was all answered. But just to inform you, you can also record your own MP3 or WAV files at a loud volume and use them as ringtones. A loud ringtone on the PC will be just as loud on the Pearl.

I have some ringtones that are obnoxiously loud. But I only use them if I am going to be in a noisy place and I want to be sure to hear the phone ring [and when I may not feel the vibrate mode].

Here are some examples of loud tones that I use at times. Feel free to download them and install on your Pearl:

Wait, so you know how in iTunes you can make a song louder (via the options or something) ...so if i make it louder in there, it'll be louder on my phone?

How can i make it louder on my phone if that's not a way? other than making it "High" on the phone preferences?

I had to clean my server a month ago, had 40GB of stuff on it. I'll repost them. But see my earlier posts as I renamed the files.

it will be distorted somewhat. I have a few ringtones that are very loud and they get distorted slightly, but I don't have any problems with the speaker blowing out.
