Usually this happens when your BB is running out of memory. Check if you have applications running in the background and/or unnecessary pictures taking up space in device memory.

As for the ALT + LGLG, hit the menu key and select delete logs.

Ok I deleted all the logs. But it got my attention that on to it said WARNING.

What about that?I saw that I can change it on options the MIN LOG LEVEL to warning, information and debug info.

Should I change it?

ok alt L>G>L>G has nothing to do with your problem. Your problem is your BB running out of memory and deleting those call and email logs to free up space for new messages thats whats its suppose to do so its not the BB's fault at all. delete any picture and things stored on the BB's memory and any applications and extra language's using desktop manager i have 38,786,235 of free memory on my BB and dont have a problem of things being deleted like call logs email logs and texts. bottom line you need to free up space on your memory if you dont have one get a microSD card and store your media on that and remove all languages that you dont need or use

Thanks for the help... just curious what the best way to delete languages was? Also, should I not delete the log (alt LGLG) if it doesn't help with the problem?

Thanks
