every time i take it off with the bb manger when i turn my fone back on its still there?

make sure you aren't restoring your phone from a backup where it was there....and don't tell it to backup your settings before running application loader or it will just reappear everytime.

no you can't get rid of it every time you re register on the network T-mobile forces it back on your BB through a service book download... you can delete everything the module and the app its self and then it will come back. The best thing to do is just hide it and settle. Thats something i wish t-mobile didn't do since i payed for this BB i should ba able to choose with programs I want on it but i can't!
