Ok, here's the issue. My last phone, I could assign custom tones to people when they call. Same with my Pearl. Problem is, I want to assign a MUTE or no-ring tone to certain people. I tried using the MUTE ringer option, but it still rings just like normal when they call. Am I doing something wrong? Is it even possible to do this? Please help!

Also, how do I number lock and caps lock in my emails?

I don't know if there is an easy way to do this, but you could always just record an audio file on your computer without any sound, upload it to the pearl and assign that as ringtone.

to get the num lock you press and hold the shift key and then press teh alt key. I could not figure out how to get the cap lock on.
