Smile Cant sign in on any site

Please Login to Remove!

I am new to BB and I love this little phone. I have finally understood all the cool things it does. I was having issues with the file size (I dont have a mem card yet its in the mail) the file size would automatically drop to 0 and then it would stop loggin my call history. It was really annoying. I dont have any media stored and when I plugged it into the my desktop it said 8MB free but the status menu in the phone said File free = 0 bytes. Strange. Anywayz I looked it up here and found the solution which was the manual reset and it fixed it for now hopefully it wont come back.
The biggest problem I am having with this phone is while I am browsing lets say for example ebay, I cant sign in at all. When I put my pwd and login it brings me back to the same page. Dont know why. Also is there a way where I can get the site look normal and wont have to hit 9 (page down) a 100 times just to get to the middle of the page.
Also my friend has this phone as well from T Mobiel (I have cingular) he can log into some sites that I cant. For instance when I go to cricinfo.com and click on news and click on any link, it says page cant be displayed. On his phone it runs without any problems.
Is there a flash player or java update that I need? I am running .69 on this phone.
Please help I love this phone and really want to make full use of it. Thanks

Just a shot in the dark but have you gone into your web browser/options/browser configuration/ and enabled java script etc.
Also make sure you are using the proper web browser not the wap one. Plus you should be able to send a browser service book from the web client if you are on BIS.
Hope this helps a little.
cheers
