Exclamation 8100 new ringer problem

Please Login to Remove!

Not sure if this is the same thing as the other problem with the trackball, or if it's the new holster, but it seems that when i'm taking the phone out of the holster it seems to mute the call...don't know if thats supposed to happen or not..i'm running the new software (.64), if i call the phone and its already out of the holster and i move the trackball it doesn't mute the call, but if it's in the holster and i go to take it out of the holster the phones stops ringing....maybe somebody could help...

If you move the trackball it will mute it for a sec and start the ringtone again. I'm not sure if its ment to be that way or not. I have just come to except it.

I have .69 and it didn't fix the problem on mine. It's annoying. Any advice?
