I have a BB 8100, which I love. I am a BIS user and have the device set to keep emails for 30 days. Before I went to bed last night I had 30 days of emails on my Pearl. This morning when I woke up all emails except for today's emails were gone. I am trying to figure out how this happened. It's not a big deal but I was hoping someone here could help me to solve this mystery.

I had the same issue but once I upgrade the O.S. to cingular OS. The problem stopped.

definately check your OS to see if you most up to date version like last poster said.....but also check your device memory to see if you are running out of memory....since BB's will delete older items if its running short on device memory

Thanks for the tips. I deleted some apps I don't use. I have a Mac and don't think there is a way to upgrade the OS with a Mac.

unfortunately not until PocketMac has a future release w/ a application loader.....so maybe borrow a friends PC long enough to do the update to the OS.
