Default Pearl help!!

Please Login to Remove!

I was browsing the Internet on my Pearl yesterday and it seemed to freeze. I closed out the browser but the phone now runs terribly slow. The phone freezes when I try to send an SMS or answer a call. I can still make calls but that seems to be about the only thing I can do now. When I go into the browser it is still frozen on the same page and I can't navigate away from it or even access the menu when I press the Blackberry button. What can I do? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Try taking the battery out to reboot it to see if that clears it up. What OS are you running on the Pearl?

Pardon my ignorance, but I'm not sure what OS. I haven't modified anything on the phone so I'm assuming just the default OS for the phone? How long should I leave the battery out?

Just about 10 seconds or so for the battery. Go to options > about to find out what OS you have.

Not a problem, that's a fix to 50% of all problems. Take care.
