Default Downloading to Micro SD Card

Is their a setting to download OTA directly to the MicroSD? I remember on my Q phone that once the download was complete, it allowed you to choose between phone memory or card. When I attempted to download Google Maps, it didn't give me an option. Anyone have a solution?

No. Read this Post as it covers the same topic as well as other info.

What he said ^^^

The memory card is just for individual files (music, video, pictures, etc). All applications get installed to the system memory.

This info is just for videos, not for apps.

There is, I believe a new twist to this. If you download a movie clip from TinyTube to play directly into the vid player you do have the option to save that clip to device memory or the card. I don't know of other sites, other than the Quickplay preview at mobile.blackberry.com where we can download, play and save video. When Quickplay gets the video part up, we may have more video options.
