Can anyone tell me why I was able to change from Handset to Headset but today I tried and the feature "Activate Headset" is not there now? Why can you use a regular headset but not your bluetooth? I have a Motorala H700 which works great with the phone. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forums....

Not sure I understand your question. Bluetooth is not an option for listening to media....The BB does not support listening to mp3s with BT.

See thats where I'm confused. It did work with my Motorala H700. I was listening to music/video through my Bluetooth, and then today I turn it on and its gone? Is there a patch you can download or are you telling me this was a fluke? Do you know of any improvements to allow for this? It would be crazy to have to carry 2 headsets just to be able to hear music.

Yes that was a fluke.. Sometimes when you place a call music/sound comes through the bluetooth headset but the 8100 does not support A2DP at this time. Maybe in the future it will be supported but right now NO it wont work sorry

I did hear there was a new upgrade for the phone, any idea if this has the fix? It just doesnt make sense to have to carry to different headsets around just to hear music/video?? Oh well, I guess I have to wait.
