I had 5 My Faves on the homescreen. Did a battery pull. Now one is a blank circle (nothing just a circular outline). The other 4 are fine. Sent for the Host Routing table. Did a restore..same thing. How can I get her back into My Faves?

Go to the mytmobile site and check to make sure she's in your myfaves on the site. Then re-send service books.

OK, that worked, it added her back. But now #5 is missing (the newest one) and her number is listed on the mytmobile site. Her circle is blank now. I hate to pull the battery because that's what started this off. I assume if I call her I won't get charged minutes, but why the icon went away I don't get.

I'm not too sure. I have myFaves, but I don't use the application. I just call them from my Address book.

Just call tmobile and ask them to synch the handset. It's still a bit buggy, but they're workin through the minor stuff like that at this point. I just wonder why they havent added the synch command to my.t-mobile yet *shrug*

They do have a sync command. If you login to myTmobile and go to 'Setup Internet Email' then 'Service Books' and click 'Send Service Books' it will sync your email and myFaves.

that happen to my before the first time i did were back to the older software version and restore the new software version and i got it back. then it happen again. but this time instead i played around with the order of my myfaves. just go into the myfave option on your phone and select change order play around with each one... and after that i got the missing myfave back. hope it work for you
