Any chance you could add basic CUE Sheet support. So when next is selected it will move to the next time marker, the track names arent as important?

just seen the screenshots in the pdf - looks dope - if you're giving this away for free i'll abandon the meshMp3 player and concentrate on the mixing tool instead.

It will remain free for personal use, and an optimized, unrestricted commercial version also will be available.

And I dunno what you mean by dope - many people on this forum and other forums have been active closed beta testers for more than 2 months even before you made your first post about meshPlayer - no offence in here.

no problem - got it working now.

looks lovely - really slick media player - definately gonna shelve the meshmp3 player. the notes works well (those famfamfam icons are gonna be everywhere soon).

Thanks for the words of appreciation, the screen shots of meshMp3 was lovely too, and be informed that we took lot of help from you over here at the forums in getting some parts of the implementation, so indeed you too are a contributor to the multiPlay (and many other developers who helped us with their valuable answers to some of our questions).

yep, famfamfam is really very good - though originally created for Web 2.0 sites they really suite well for mobile applications, they actually look well on device (we use them for our other application for Palm Treo and they are even better than what they appear on Pearl)

Oh very nice looking, makes me want to get an 8100 even more now, doh...

Still tho, is it possible to add cue sheet, gapless mp3, ogg or streaming audio support? either of then would do nicely.

Where do I submit bugs?

Here's one...pressing eject if you have the firewall on takes pops up a window to approve/deny the firewall settings...but the window is behind mediaPlayer. So you can't see it unless you press end call. No other button combinations/applications switching methods work.

I tried it.. Though for only like 10 minutes I must say it has a real polished app feel to it.

One note: Has volume control via on screen slider, but BBs vol buttons dont do anything though.

rim haven't allowed developers access to those two side keys - you won't be seeing any applications using them unless rim update their api in the future.

Make sure you have typed the address exactly as it is - there are capital P in the URL if not mentioned correctly it would return an error. The reason I am specific with this is there have been more than 1500+ downloads using OTA since its announcement yesterday.

How about throwing up a simple index.html in /OTA/ that has a link to the jad file?

Thanks for the suggestion, we did not add it since we already have the OTa links in the products page at Dollars 5 Complete » multiPlay personal edition for Blackberry Pearl 8100

I will also ask the webmaster to add such a page and a wml page too that from wap too users can just access the page, click and install.

Since it is case sensitive, many users face problems.

yep - i had the problem, not just their links but their key too, i misspelled and reported to the customer care and was advised to enter as it is. now works fine. same happend when trying to dl using ota. may be thy should make things case in-sensitive.

But overall media player is a good program and started liking more than bundled one.

the easter eggs are good too. i will take a screen shot and post here - looks good. (just downloaded screenshot program - have to play with it ;) )

We originally had links with no case, but during final release we just updated to ones with case. We will try to provide case-less links too very sooner.
