I noticed that when I delete email (I am running on a corporate BES and 1 personal account through BIS) on my device it isn't being deleted on the server. (Delete is set to prompt and I select Mailbox and Handheld). I also notice the reverse is true and this applies to both BES and BIS. I have searched high and low but not found an answer to my problem.
On my Desktop Manager it says under Sync -> Config that wireless sync isn't enabled on the device. However, I have no option to enable it. If I go to menu under messages on the BB and select Options, I have General, Settings, Filters, Reconciliation. Under none of these is there an option to turn wireless sync On, or to "Reconcile Now". I do have this option for other items such as my address book.
Is it possible this simply isn't supported through my coroporate BES and wireless sync for email has been disabled? And is there anything different I have to do for this to work on my personal (bis) account? At least with my work account I can sync wired but I can't even do that for the BIS account.
