user at work - gets a bb.. but can't get into his voicemail messages. (bell.ca)

he claims he goes to voicemail, the bb actually dials the voicemail no. but then it does not prompt for the 4 digit access code, to access messages.

He's supposedly got many messages as people have been calling him and leaving voicemail, but he simply can't access them..

any suggestions ?
