Default Advise on best email service 4 Pearl

Please Login to Remove!

Hello to all. I'm new to the forum. I've been reading many a threads here and need a bit of input. Iv tried everything that i could possibly think up to connect my hotmail account to my pearl( by the way im with tmobile), from having updates sent to the pearl, contacting tmobile, downloading get mail.... i could go on.Ive finally given up and decided to just open a new email account. however id like to hear what email service other people are using and what you find works best with the pearl before i change over and notify the few hundred people who have my old email. thank in advance.

I use yahoo for the same reason, after signing up they had an option to load all your contacts as well as send out a mass posting thet you have changed your email, very useful it sends a short email to all contacts alerting them fo your new email. good luck

GMail works great with the BB. Shows up nearly instantly on the device.

I've had nearly every type of email account known to mankind over the last 15 years. Gmail is the way to go, IMO.

Another vote for Gmail here. If you're looking to spend some money and use BES with your Pearl, I highly recommend mail2web.

I use yahoo because I'm able to mark emails read on my bb and they're automatically marked read on my yahoo account. I downloaded the gmail program which allows me to access my account directly and I can mark emails read and respond with them showing up on my actual gmail account.
