I've never gotten a response and yesterday I tried calling customer service once again and was told that they couldn't help me that I had to use the "online return" feature on their website. Problem is that even after twenty attempt to get their form to submit I can't get it to work. So once again I sent an email and surporise, no response. I'm just going to sell the extra unopened case but geeze this is not good customer service.
I do apologize for the problems you had with your orders. We do have some opportunities for improvement in our customer service department and are doing our best to resolve them.
