Default Importing contacts from Palm Treo 650

Please Login to Remove!

Hello everyone,

New to the Blackberry community. I just switched from Verizon over to Cingular. I am currently using the Blackberry Pearl and I have to say that I love it. The tech guy at the store was trying to import my contact from my Treo 650 but indicated that he was not able to get it done. He tried it via the Irda port on the Treo. I have no clue what he tried. Well, I have some time tonight so I figured that I would give it a shot. My Palm Treo database is on a Windows XP machine. Any help is appreciated. Please, all details on how to get this done are greatly appreciated.

Install the Outlook Palm Conduit, sync your Palm with Outlook. Install the BlackBerry Desktop Manager, sync your BlackBerry with Outlook. Your done.

I e-mailed myself my address book from the Treo, and then imported the vcard file into Outlook.
