So i recently got a replacement pearl from rogers, i wiped it using JL_CMDER
than installed latest os .71 now I dont have a bluetooth button to just turn on my bluetooth.

my other pearl did, the only way to turn on my bluetooth now is to set up my bluetooth and enable it from there.

is there anyway to get it back?

Re-pair the headset. Go into Options / Bluetooth to activate it. The BT icon will reappear on the home screen.
