Unhappy Email messages keep disappearing

Please Login to Remove!

Email messages aren't being saved. I called t-mobile and they said I have to run an app on the desk manager to get my pearl to save my messages but I don't have a pc. I have a Mac.

Are there settings on my pearl that I can adjust to get it to save my email messages?

Go to your mail options on the blackberry and set it to keep messages forever instead of 7 days, etc.

I have a similar issue with my Cingular Pearl as emails automatically delete after three or four hours. I thought you can only specify to keep messaeges for 15 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, or forever. Does the Pearl have a new setting in which you can select to keep messages for a shorter period of time than 15 days? Please help!

How do you check how much memory you have left?
