I'm assuming she's rebooted the phone? If rebooting didn't fix it it may be time to wipe the handheld and reload the OS. Did she install any 3rd party apps?

Over the past couple of weeks, I noticed my battery was loosing more and more power over a 24 hr period. The poor reception in fringe areas also is driving me crazy. So, I wiped the device clean (JL_CMDER) and reloaded v.71. A couple of things happened - the battery now holds a charge MUCH better, the free RAM went from 26mb to 36.9mb. Unfortunately, no improvement on RF that I can tell.

The only 3rd party app I have is google map.
