okay so i turn my network service off unless im expecting a important email. im on my laptop all day anyway so i dont bother using up my bb data. I check my email often and reading them and keepin important emails, but when i turn on my network for the bb even the old emails that i have read keep being sent to my bb but not the emails that i deleted.

Im just wondering why its doing this.

In outlook there is a setting that "keeps mail read or keeps mail for 30 days then deletes" Because some users use GUI web to access email & outlook.

My guess if google has same setting.

Something like "send all messages already read"

Gmail sends all the messages in your Inbox to the Messages folder on your phone, whether you've read them yet or not.

Edit: I guess it's more accurate to say BIS fetches all the messages in the Inbox.
