Default Transferring e-mails FROM Blackberry

I am often operating in an area/country that has no internet access.
I can however rx emails and attachments on my BB 8100.
Is there a way that these can then be transferred from the BB to a laptop
using USB or bluetooth?

Default Solution ?
I just stumbled upon ABC Amber Blackberry Converter. It opens IPD (back up files) and reads the contents. It supports export of the information as well. 30 day free trial.

i heard about the ABC Amber as well. does it work even if im not using the BES?
