Hey great attitude for asking for help!

You have two browser messages you need to view, could be a push message you requested, such as if you attempted to access an internet browser page when service was not available and the system asked you if you wanted the page sent to you when a signal was available. Look in your message folder for two messages with simmilar icons and open or delete them. You can also look in messages, folders, and look at either browser messages or WAP push messages.

Good luck.

Its a browser message. It could be a news feed or you may have saved a request for a webpage while not in radio coverage. You may have a corresponding message in your message list. If not, check any news feed apps you may have.
