Angry Deleting included samle video - how do I do it?

Please Login to Remove!

Seems you can't menu and delete the stupid sample video that comes with the 8100, so I went into Options > Adanced > Applications and deleted the video from there. It still shows up in the media player though - just can't play it becasue it's now 0.00k. How the hell do I get rig of it completely? Any idea?

Same goes for the sample images.

You gotta delete it using the app loader in the device manager.

Doesn't work. When I launch app loader only apps that I loaded show up. Maybe you meant Media Manager? That also doesn't work. Only shows what I uploaded to the device.

when you click on the app loader you should have the option to uncheck the sample video. I don't have my pearl right now but I remember it showing up unchecked everytime I loaded a new app on my phone. If that don't work, that I don't know what to do to help. Thats what worked for me.

It still shows in the app loader list but shouldn't be on your phone.

I had that issue on my phone. You have to re-load the video, then remove it with your Desktop Manager, to get it to go away.

A pain, I know.

You have to install a version of the OS on your comp and then DM will let you check and uncheck stuff to take off of your Pearl. For exapmle i have taken all the extra language support off and the demo video. Have lots of free memory now.

See I didn't realize that part of it. I know I deleted it and the language support through the app loader though.

How do I reload the video? Where do I find it again?
