Question Audio adapter for use with Pearl

Please Login to Remove!

I know that Sideo has audio adapters available that allow you to plug in a regular stereo headset into the phone.

But I found some other adapters on the internet (cheaper) that can probably do the trick. And located in Toronto (digiquality), very close by to me.

Just not sure which one. Here are my choices:

2.5mm to 3.5mm cell phone stereo headphone adapter B
Type B 4 conductors (3 rings)
conductor from tip to base: Null--Right--Left--Ground
Color: Black
Length: approx 5 "

OR

2.5mm to 3.5mm cell phone stereo headphone adapter C

Type C 4 conductors (3 rings)
conductor from tip to base: Left--Right--Null--Ground
Color: soft white
Length: approx 5 "

or

Cell Phone 2.5mm Microphone MP3 Stereo earphone adapter
Most cell phones with a 2.5mm round plug for earphones have 4 conductors. (Microphone, Left, Right and Ground)
This adapter has the 4 coductors on the 2.5mm plug end, and a 3.5mm socket with standard 3-conductor Stereo output.
(The tip of the 2.5mm plug is the microphone)

Anyone know the proper order of the conductor in the Pearl. Is it adapter B or adapter C as indicated above.

Thanks,
Allan

Why not just get something that has a 100% reputation for working and skip all the eBay grief?

Hey, Starwatcher. As I mentioned to you on Hofo...if it's the shipping that's driving you away from purchasing your audio adapter, use USPS shipping. Cost me just over $8 US. I agree with Roadrider, do it right the first time!
