Default Missing email after upgrade to OS

Please Login to Remove!

I upgraded a users Pearl to the newest OS. We have found that the email he received while the Pearl was upgrading is missing from his Pearl. He has the email in his Lotus Notes. Reconcile Now does not bring the missing email over.

Has anyone seen this or know what we need to do to get it over?

We are on a Domino BES.

Most likely you will have to re-do the Enterprise Activation.

Thanks, we did that. Reconcile Now was missing, Enterprise Activation brought that back, but not the email.
