Default MDS runtime environment problems

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I'm new to this forum so i apologise if i am posting in the incorrect place.

I am a web developer for a company that are trying to implement a blackberry application using MDS studio.

We are using blackberry pearl 8100 smart phones but i'm having problems installing the MDS runtime environment onto the blackberry using desktop manager.

The first time i installed the runtime it worked fine but we had to remove it from the blackberry and re-install. When it came to re-installing i get an error message which tells me :

The application blackberry MDS runtime cannot be loaded because it requires the following applications that are not available:

net.rim.platform.ecmascript
net.rim.blackberry.crypto3
net.rim.blackberry.xml
net.rim.java.docviewer
net.rim.blackberry.api

I cannot understand why this error is appearing now when it did not appear when i successfully loaded the runtime to the blackberry less then 24 hours ago following exactly the same process.

Can anyone offer any advice?

Thanks very much.

Solved, for reference purposes i had to download the handheld software from the O2 website and install that as well.
