Newbie here, trying to change the ring tone on a 8100c. The menu shows that it's changed, but the standard ring tone still plays when the phone rings. Any help would be much appreciated.

Press menu, then scroll to save.

Go to profiles ---> scroll to the bottom and select advanced ---> make sure all the exceptions are checked.

Had the same problem. I saved and it still used old ringtone. Had to do a reset by taking the battery out to get it to work.
