Default double e-mail icon same name

Please Login to Remove!

New BB pearl user for a few weeks.
Besides the account "user@blackberry.com" I have created a new account "user@yahoo.com" and it worked fine.
I cancelled the account but the icon "user@yahoo.com" stays on the BB desktop.
When I create the account again another icon appears on the desktop.
Now I have 2 icons with the same name "user@yahoo.com".
Changing the theme does not make any difference.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Wirelessly posted (8700g: BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

Try deleting the service books: options > advanced > service books

Then do a reboot via a battery pull.
