If not, is there sucha program available?

On the Cingulat - BB plan I pay $30 a month for unlimited data. does this mean wherever I am ...Europe? Asia? South America ?

The latest versions of Desktop Manager include software which allow you to move PIM data from a Palm to a BlackBerry.

You will pay roaming changes when leaving North America - they do offer an unlimited International data plan also.
