Default none

BlackBerry Phones, all of them, have no macromedia platform compatibilty what-so-ever. So, we bb users will wait until a flah player comes out for the bb platform.

Default no such

There is no such thing as a flash player for Blackberry devices, you need such an app to play videos. I had the same problem and got ahold of the tech support from BB themselves. They said no app exists for bb.
Unless someone has one and I'm still in The Stone Age Era!

Videos have to be converted to a .avi file that the Pearl recognizes before they can be viewed because VVV

This is a pointless thread, including most of the responses.

Do a search of the Forum and you will find hundreds of posts on how to get video to play on the Pearl.

There is even a sticky above.

You cannot simply load a video on to the Pearl and expect it to play.

And there are posts on playing flash files, such as YouTube videos. You don't have to wait for the Pearl to have flash capability, you simply have to convert them to Pearl format.

Do a search, fill your head with knowledge. If you do, you will find out that once knowing how to do it, you can download a YouTube flash video, convert it, and be playing it on the Pearl, all within about 5 minutes.
