Hi all...
When I woke up today, all the keys of my phone are not working. Whatever keys i press, they are not working. What should I do?

Pop the battery out and then in is almost always the first step...

wasn't in stand by mode? press the mute key. but yeah battery pull is the first step usually.

I already tried. I took out battery and tried again and again. it is not OK. :(

Please be more specific so we can help. What happens when you push a key? Does it still "feel" the same? Do you have the normal key travel?
Do you see anything on the display? Have you switched applications like trying Memopad to see if that makes a difference?
Was there any indication prior to this experience?

have you waited a while after you pull the battery out? it takes some times to reboot.
I would say pull the battery out, go and take a shower, brush your teeth and come back to check it again.

The sensing of Trackball is not like before (not smooth). Now, other number keys can press. Only Trackball is not working.

this happened to me, it started with the select feature on the trackball, then spread to the top row of keys on the dialpad. I tried everything, finally, I was told by technicial support to take the phone back for a replacement.
It happened after I attempted to DST patch.
