Default Error Question

Please Login to Remove!

3 QUESTIONS:

1. i got my BB yesterday and i noticed when i OPEN Instant Messaging it gives me an error thats says " HTTP ERROR 404: NOT FOUND"

2.HOW CAN I DELETE SOMETHING I DOWNLOADED ON MY bb IT SAVED ON MY MENU..

3. HOW DO I GET AIM ON bb

1. is your data setup correctly, can you browse?

2. if you go to option and applications you can delete them from there if that what you are asking.

3. you can get AIM to ways through USB (must have pearl os software installed) or OTA (over the air) just by plugging in the address on teh blackberry.

T-Mobile is currently experiencing a known issue with this. The IM application downloads through OTA and for some reason the service books is not tripping that download. So even though you have the IM icon, the IM application is not installed. So far T-Mobile doesn't have an ETA for when this issue is going to be resolved.

To correct this issue when it does get fixed. Delete the T-Mobile USA IM Client service book and then register in the host routing table. That will force the service book to download again and hopefully install the IM application.
