I am not recieving any picture texts that friends are sending me. I don't think I can send them pictures either. Can someone please help me figure out whats wrong. Thanks!

Ladybug, do you have MMS enabled in your Options, MMS? Check there and change the defaults for Multimedia reception if it is not checked, check it.

Reboot the phone if that alone doesn't work and confirm the setting is checked.

If still not working, check with your carrier to make sure you have MMS service.

Thanks so much for the help.....This phone is still new to me and I feel stupid asking but can you tell me where I should go to change the MMS option. I tried and can't send or recieve MMS messages. Thanks!

Do you have data service? At least with T-Mobile, you need the blackberry data service in order to send/receive MMS...

I went into options an into MMS but didn't see anything to turn on or off the MMS feature. I bought the internet upgrade package from T-mobile, but I have no idea if I have the blackberry data service. Is that seperate? I have no problem getting online or sending and recieving emails. I just send or recieve pictures.
