Default How do I dial by name in a company directory?

Please Login to Remove!

Okay.... stupid question.

Let's say I call a company and get their company directory. I need to type a last name into the directory to get the right extension. Let's say the person's last name is "HAPPY"

On a normal phone keypad, I dial 42779 and I get connected.

How do I dial the number on the Peark keypad? The numbers and letters are correlated differently, and letters like A and P are on keys that don't even work during a phone call.

Help!!

Hold down the very last button located on the bottom left side of the screen and type at the same time. By the way, do not post the same thing twice, especially 5 minutes in between.

Thanks.

Yeah, sorry about the double post, but for some reason the Blackberry Forum took over my browser and literally spawned about 40 duplicate browser windows.... It was impossible to stop even with Control-Alt-Delete and would have kept going indefinitely, so I actually had to pull the power on the computer to shut it down. The double post happened accidentally when I was trying to close windows.

This technique does not work for the pearl. Only for a BB Qwerty KB.
