Have 5 Pearl users. Only one has the OEM magnetic case.

When the phone rings and he takes it from his hip, sometimes the trackball seems to roll to IGNORE and clicks it, so he winds up send his callers to VM. Just wondering if anyone with this same case has noticed this? Or is this a hardware issue. I gave him the case from my 7130 to see if it still happens.

I believe this has to do with what version of OS Pearl is running, if I am not mistaken older version had the problem where trackball movement will send callers to VM. Update Pearl to latest software and trackball roll problem should be gone. I use temporary case with magnets used from older cases and have never faced this issue. I am waiting for my OEM leather case.

BTW, I am at 4.2.0.64 version on T-Mo.

I have a magnetic case and all mine does is silence the ringer once I pull it out.
