If you are on BES use this:
When you are in 'Messages' Click menu - select 'Options' and then select 'Email Settings' Select 'No' for Use Auto Signature. You may type in anything you want here if you really want to use a signature.

You can do the same from Desktop Manager too.

If on BIS use steps suggested by nuncles.

there might be an easier way to do it but, the way i did it was going to my online account. I have t-mobile, so i just logged in and went to something like "user preferences" and changed the signature.... Im assuming cingular and other service providers can do to as well...

I know that TMobile allows this change in their "My TMobile" website, I think you should give Cingular a call
