So I am new and really love the Pearl so far. But I cant for the life of me get it play my MP3s. I followed the directions from the others posts and when I load music on to the card I can see that space has been taken up. It goes like this. First I press the media button. Second I press Music, Third I press media card and then it goes to the up folder. Press that and it takes me back. I formatted my card and it erased the music. So I know that something is there. By the way the files are MP3. I would just click and drag. PLease help yall.

Are you using the Desktop Manager to load the music?

When you are in Music and click the card it should show you all the songs/folders on the card. You don't click UP. I think the card has no music on it. If you are drop/dragging you should have the card set as external storage device and not use Desktop Manager to manage it.

When you get to the screen with the 4 big icons in the media applet, rather than clicking the "Music" icon, click the menu button and select "Explore". See if you can find the MIA mp3s that way.
