Default AT&T Branded Red Pearl dilemna

Please Login to Remove!

I just got my new Red Pearl with the new AT&T branding and updated software. Somehow, using the DM Switch Device Wizard, I managed to downgrade and got the old Cingular branding and themes. I've since upgraded the Device and Desktop managers to the most recent, but still can't get the AT&T Zen, Today themes.
Can anyone point me to the right file or procedure to get the AT&T stuff back?

You're losing me. What software/provider do you currently have on your phone?

Cingular's Red Pearl has v4.2.0.73 on it, which means he might've downgraded to .71 or something like that.

That what happened?

Yup. I'm still w/ Cingular/ATT, but upgraded my Pearl to the Red Pearl. As g3o stated, the red pearl has the .73 os, but somehow I downgraded and got the Cingular branding back. My question is how do I get back up to .73 or at least get the AT&T branding back.
Sorry for the confusion.

In playing around with my phone today i lost my browser and some loaded apps stopped working, so I just installed .71 ... I didn't like that AT&T theme anyways (loading on modified alx file from Jibi)

Hopefully the small upgrade in OS will be more readily available though.

Probably won't be able to until the handheld software comes out as a standalone. Then, when it does, you can run it and update it again.

Not sure why, if what you had on it was newer, it would have changed anything, though...

Juggle some eggs ... break a few. Hopefully restoring the OS will make things work properly again. Did a lot of modding to Motorola phones previously, got lucky with never anything going wrong. Guess it was just my time.

As of a minute ago it's .71 still.

Like I said, hopefully soon.

On the plus side ... with that modified ALX file I now have all the other carrier themes ... I think I can wait a while, I was using .71 for 2 weeks before I got a Bloodberry - no problems before! :D

Well, whaddya know. Was perusing on pinstack and someone asked what the difference was between the RED and BLACK OS. They've finally posted the .73 os.
I guess a little patience was the key.
Thanks to all that replied.
