Hey yall. I searched some but obviously when these things just stop working patience sort of goes out the window. I apologize for that. I was trying to upgrade os's and now my bb just has a circle with what looks like an old tape inside of it with a circle, square and triangle inside the "tape". Then through all of that is a line a la a "no smoking sign". Help me out please!

Also, it has "507" under it

I've never done this, but have seen many posts about it, so if I get things mixed up a bit, forgive me. Try wiping the OS with the jl_cmder utility and reloading. You may have to remove the battery and just power it through the USB cable to get it to work right. Hopefully one of the experts (i'm still a noob at this whole BB thing) can post some better directions, but hopefully this can get you pointed in the right direction.
