This is only possible when the device is connected to a BES. And T-Mobile can't do this as they don't offer BES hosting to end users. If you are on a BES, you need to contact your BES admin and not T-Mobile. The admin will be able to send a kill command to the device, but only if the device is still turned on and the SIM card is not deactivated yet.
