Try the Buy/Sell/Trade section of this forum for used phones. You can get another sim from TMobile. You'll need to call them and tell them what happened so they can stop service on the old one. They can send you another sim....$25 is what I remember but don't quote me.

You might also want to ask them if they can wipe and/or disable the device. This CAN be done with a BlackBerry!

if you need the card quickly and want to save on shipping go directly to the tmobile store, they will set it all up for you and your phone will start working in 20-30 minutes. Do you have a back up phone in the mean time till you get a new pearl. Saw this on ebay its used but comes with a 1gb card,
eBay: LIKE NEW TMOBILE BLACKBERRY PEARL 8100 1GB MicroSD (item 220093230606 end time Mar-17-07 15:50:32 PDT)
this one also a good deal
eBay: BlackBerry 8100 Pearl Mint Condition (item 270100590895 end time Mar-23-07 12:50:26 PDT)

This is only possible when the device is connected to a BES. And T-Mobile can't do this as they don't offer BES hosting to end users. If you are on a BES, you need to contact your BES admin and not T-Mobile. The admin will be able to send a kill command to the device, but only if the device is still turned on and the SIM card is not deactivated yet.
