Default My Call Log Keeps Clearing Itself

Please Login to Remove!

Suddenly, my call log history keeps wiping itself clean. It holds one or two records for a few minutes and then clears to nothing. Anybody know why this started happening and how to solve it?

Thanks!

You're out of memory. Check your available memory and it might be at 0. Delete music, ringtones, clear the warning logs. Do a search, there are several threads with info on this.

Battery pull to clear it. Use "End" when closing applications. Do not use END key as it leaves the application open and running in the background.

I hope between these two posts you will be in good shape!

You mean use "Close" when closing applications.

I talked to BB support and they said if you go into your browser, then into options, then to cache operations, clear your history and anything else you dont need and it will clear up more memory without losing some of your wanted data.
