Default track ball

Please Login to Remove!

Bought my Pearl back in November, and today my track ball stopped working. I am hoping to get a replacement. Do you all suggest I go through Cingular, or go straight to RIM? Thanks!

There's a bunch of threads on how to fix this. Most likely there's some lint or dust that is caught between the ball and the track. Here's a link to one of the threads:
