Every time I get a text message on a new day i.e. 12:00 am, I cannot see the text until I take out the battery and reboot, is there any way to fix this?

I think this only started happening after the dst change.

Thats odd, sounds like something with the OS. Check all your time settings and make sure your date isnt behind or something. If all these fail I would take 15 min to reinstall the OS.

how do i reinstall the OS, and should I try and find the new OS that has been shipping with the red pearl?
