I just got a BB 8100 Pearl through Cingular. We are using a corporate BES. The reconcile of my Inbox and Sent items is really hit and miss. If I read and/or delete an email on my desktop, it doesn't always (hardly ever actually) shows as read or gets deleted from my BB. But I receive emails on my BB imediatly when I recieve them on my desktop or send them from my desktop. Anyone have any ideas??
