This week the plug for the charger has been acting up, getting lose or something. I'm really annoid because now I have to charge it at just the right angle to get it to charge. I've only had it for about 2 months (and had to return the first one for a bad button.)

Is this a known issue? Will exchanging it fix my problem or will have to do the same modification to the next one?

No sense in keeping it if it's under warranty.... I have had no issues with mine... I'd say exchange it....
