I cannot believe that someone in Europe is asking us this question, but here is some findings I found Years ago that works here in Canada.
You could set how long the network would wait before assuming you had not answered your phone. To do this, use the following string to activate Forward if Not Answered (it cannot be done from the menus):
The Time parameter may be 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30.
