Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8100/4.2.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

Have had things stolen before. Friend or foe, the anger is the same. I believe in karma so their time will come. Let your life begin anew with your 8100!

If you have your old pearl's PIN and/or IMEI you could contact the carrier and have 'em turn the device off. Did you file a police report? Unpleasant to turn in a family member; if you don't it's an encouragement to rip off non-family members. Sorry it's gone this way with your relative.

Dude, that stinks....

At least you have a phone back!
But, yeah, contact the carrier and have them list thgat PIN as stolen. The phone will still be able to be used, but none of the BB features will work.
