Well a couple of months ago my cousin stole my phone..and still havent seen or heard form him. I found a good deal on ebay and decided it was worth it..felt naked without my phone. got my phone today and now im waiting for the unlock code i paid for. great to have my pearl....my preciousss.

yeah...sucks cause we grew up together. found out he was kicked out his mothers house because he was doing drugs. thats all i can say on that. all i know is things have been getting better and better for me. new pearl makes me feel better.

If you have your old pearl's PIN and/or IMEI you could contact the carrier and have 'em turn the device off. Did you file a police report? Unpleasant to turn in a family member; if you don't it's an encouragement to rip off non-family members. Sorry it's gone this way with your relative.

But, yeah, contact the carrier and have them list thgat PIN as stolen. The phone will still be able to be used, but none of the BB features will work.

Lesson learned, never let the Pearl out of your sight. Its too precious. Glad to see everything is ok again.

yeah lesson learned. did file report. he has tmobile and they would not deactivate from there system. its locked from cingular.
