Default HOW LONG should it take Seidio 2 Ship to Canada?!

Please Login to Remove!

Sorry mods if this is posted in the wrong Forum but I really needed help & the biggest presence on this.

I ordered 2 products from SeidioOnline.

Order Information Order Number: 893** Order Date: 3/21/2007 2:46:00 AM Order Status: New Order
Product: 8100 COMBO (RUBBERIZED CASE / VERTICAL LEATHER CASE).
BD2-CSRCSLBB8100V-BK

Take notice of the date above as I'm now entering the 3rd week since its been ordered.

SHipping method: Shipping Method: USPS - Airmail Letter Post!
AIRMAIL not snailmail.

Now I understand that once it gets to Canadian borders then it'll be by National post.

Issue is the confirmation # was NOT given to me, yet was supposed to be available at the point the device began shipping. To this moment its never been listed on my login on that site. Confirmation email of the shipment is dated 3/22/2007 @ 6:01 PM (CST/MST/EST unknow). I checked the DAY I got confirmation within the hour - and it showed complete. A little odd. Confirmation from US Post was given when the person manning these forums

On their site it states 2 days for shipping within the US.

I posted a PM to SeidioOnline here in the forums on 04-01-2007, 02:14 AM ; during which of all the constant posts, whomever mans that screenname missed my PM by about 2 days ( 04-03-2007, 02:47 PM - their Reply).

Basically in my posted i stated "I called in to your business on 3/25th and was told that tracking cannot be done for Canadian Postal Service and thus to expect it to arrive at my residence this past Friday". Their reply " As for the shipping inquiry, regrettably, Airmail can take anywhere from 7-30 days." NUTS no? 30 DAYS for AIRMAIL?! in the USA ALONE!? So I must wait 30days for it to LEAVE the US before I can begin to cry FOWL? Sorry thats LONG past me being able to recover the charges on my credit card. If this is normal for any US company in the US, then I think their business should consider alternative avenues for more reliable & trackable "to the door" shipping for this continent.

I don't live in some rural part of Canada, I live in a metropolitan dwelling. Should I be worried?

Any insight would be most appreciated.

PS I've ordered a $400+ phone shipped from Hong Kong and still arrived within 5days to the same residence.

David from Seidio is very good about answering our problems. I'm sure he will respond to this post.

I ordered a case. I don't remember exactly but I think it took about 2-2.5 weeks to get here (Vancouver).

i always went with FedEx Express with them, after its been shipped, I get them next day around 5pm. If FedEx cost too much, order it with other employee or friend or people in the same city to help lower the shipping cost...

This should not be the subject of a thread.

Look up the Seidio rep who is a member on this forum and send him a personal message. He is very good at responding.

I'm not sure I understand where your coming from, but I posted the thread AFTER I pm'd the member & I quoted above.
