Default Is the Audio output MONO?

Please Login to Remove!

I heard from some other forum that Audio output in 8100 is mono (and not stereo). In other words, even if I use a stereo headset with my Pearl I would have sound playing in just one ear :(

Can someone please confirm?
And...if it's Stereo, can you please tell me how good is the following adapter -

JABRA C220S 2.5 MM FLEXIBLE CELLULAR PHONE OVER THE EAR STEREO HEADSET

Thanks

Not true. I have the c220s and my music is in great stereo in both ears. I highly recommend those headsets.

Certainly not true - I use a Plantronics MHS 213 "stereo mobile headset" and it works fine with my Pearl and Pink Floyd's "money" has my head jingling...

Their standard adapter is only $9.85. Sounds like a good price to me.

I beleive they include stereo headphones with all Pearls now. A pair came with my black pearl, but I find it uncomfortable. It works great. I just don't like how the mic is so close to the left speaker. It pulls the speaker out of my ear and I have to put it back in quite often if I'm walking to class or something. I just ordered a pair of Jabra C220s off of ebay.
